Looks like PingChat wants their spot back! I’m liking this cross-platform IM app competition. I’m sure we’re going to see updates from PingChat and Kik a lot more frequently in the coming months.

-HUGE Speed improvements! Messages send instantly!
-New checkmark system when sending, check and S icon beside a message means the message was sent successfully, check and R means the message was read by the other person.
-Filesize of the application reduced by half!
-Optimized sending picture messages, they take less time and data now.
-Fixed up major exceptions that were preventing users from launching the application.
-Fixed up problem after linking to address book caused exceptions.
-Fixed up a problem where when sending you wouldn’t see your own message.
-Torch version conversations now have a bigger font and smoother chat bubbles.
