Better than expected results for Nokia in Q3

Even though their numbers aren’t even close to Apple or Microsoft, this is still better then expected news coming out of Finland. Nokia just posted their Q3 results and they are much better than anticipated, mainly thanks to mobile device shipments. Nokia shipped 89.9 million “feature phones” in Q3; analysts only expected around 67 million. [...]

Apple on Tuesday announced its Q3 2011 earning, and boy did it ever make bank. Apple earned $28.57-billion in revenue, far above the $24.92-billion the Street was predicting.
