Half off the BlackBerry Torch 9800?
It took only 4 days!!
Amazon, the leaders in online retail under-cutting, have dropped the 2 year price of the recently launched Torch to just $99.99.
Could it be the less than stellar sales that were reported this past launch weekend? Or that Amazon simply likes to under-cut AT&T? However you spin it, it’s a good deal for this hot new device.
I have been using it since it was launched and love every minute with it, so don’t miss out on this great deal!

Facebook for BlackBerry v1.8.0.49 available in App World!
about 12 hours ago - View Comments
Facebook v1.8.0.49 is now available in App World. I’m not sure if it’s available for all devices as of yet, but I just downloaded it on my 9700. The UI seems slightly cleaner than the previous beta/leaked v1.8.0.31. I haven’t really played with it yet so I can’t comment on any other findings or fixes.

BlackBerry 9670 Clamshell Not Exclusive to Verizon, Headed to Sprint Soon?

Remember the BlackBerry 9670 Clamshell? You know the one that we showed off forever ago and also the one that just had its simulator leaked online. Knowing that, it’s pretty obvious that the device’s launch has to be coming up soon, and until now we thought the destined carrier would be Verizon. BGR just let
Torch 9800 Poll - Follow Up
about 2 days ago - View Comments
Just to recap on last weeks poll, it looks like only a small percentage of our readers were able to get their hands on a Torch. That’s not surprising being that AT&T is the only carrier that has released the Torch as of yet. Unfortunately 46% of the voters are waiting in limbo for their carrier to
Good Video Browser for BlackBerry

If you’re the type of person who likes to record videos on your BlackBerry, you’re probably annoyed that the native video browser does not support thumbnail view. This has been fixed on the BlackBerry 6 OS, but most current BlackBerry devices will not be getting BlackBerry 6. It’s very annoying to have to open and view each

Effective today, Rogers has officially launched Pay As You Go Blackberry service. It will run you $25 more than doing the month-to-month thing, but requires no credit check or personal information to get going. Great for tourists who want to keep in touch or a short term need for data connectivity. As with all Pay As
UberTwitter for BlackBerry Updated

This could be the only BlackBerry twitter app to really compete with the official Twitter for BlackBerry client. Since its launch about a year ago, the updates have been consistent and noticeable. Frankly, If I wasn’t using Tweetissimo (the push twitter app) I would be using UberTwitter for every day use. Beta 8, release 2,
