Telus’ iPad Plan Has a Hard Limit of 5GB Too
$50 for unlimited iPad data? Not so much.
Last week when Telus announced their iPad plans, it was not obvious whether, after maxing out your $20/500MB plan and paying 5c/MB thereafter, there would be a hard limit on the amount of data you can use. Low and behold, on their newly-live iPad page, they state clearly that there is a maximum of 5GB data per month included in the overage.
What does this mean? That, in theory, you are going to pay more for your 5GB plan that on any other carrier. But, if you don’t plan on using that much data, Telus’ plans are still more reasonable.
More info on their website. To see their separate Micro SIM page (which is $9.99 without a plan) head here.
