This is a shock! We at The Cellular Guru were certain that, since Telus already had the HTC Hero, they would also be getting the HTC Legend, which right now is a UK exclusive, along with the HTC Desire.

But today Mobile Syrup is reporting that the HTC Legend will be coming to Bell Mobility in late May, early June. If this is true, it will be the North American debut for the phone, and likely a hot export to the US since it can be unlocked to run on AT&T.

The HTC Legend is not the speediest phone that the company has released, but it is likely the most attractive. With a 480×320 AMOLED screen, a 600MHZ processor, 512MB ROM, 384MB RAM, and Android 2.1 native under their own newly-redesigned HTC Sense UI, the Legend is a very, very nice device.
