Goodbye productivity at work, Hello Slingbox for iPhone!
iPhone users guess what!! Your days of waiting to get home to watch TV are officially over, for a price of course.
Riding the success of the now famous Blackberry App, Slingbox for iPhone has arrived. If you are unfamiliar with Slingbox it brings the ability of connecting to your TV at home from anywhere in the world via your Wifi or 3G connection (would you really want to watch hockey over EDGE?) Till now this has been a “Blackberry Only” app and allowed for much bragging rights among blackberry afficianados alike. Well, as Mashable reported yesterday those times have now officially changed. The app is now live via the Appstore for a mere $29.99 (trusted you already have the Slingbox hardware attached to your TV already for the app to communicate with)
Being that I actively switch between both devices and as of now am a heavy Slingbox user on my Blackberry 9700, I’m overjoyed that I’m no longer limited to just using my Blackberry. I can now take advantage of the large iPhone screen making the dollar value insignificant to what I’m actually getting.
If you are reading this post on an iPhone you can pick up the app here

Antenna woes led all of us iPhone 4 buyers to enjoy a free case on Apple’s budget. In my case, I chose the Speck PixelSkin HD (value $29.95 USD, see: http://www.speckproducts.com/iphone/iphone-4/pixelskin-hd.html). Compared to my Belkin Grip Vue, the feel of the Speck case is slightly less bulky/heavy, but at the same time seems a tad
