Google Photo Sphere App now available to non-Nexus Androids
The Nexus situation for Google is getting interesting. You have the Nexus 4 as the flagship but Google is also selling stock Android versions of the popular HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphones (albeit at a premium price). An interesting bi-product of this is that certain Pure Google features are making their way into the wild for users that are intrepid enough to install them. That’s the case with the PhotoSphere App which is available as a standalone APK. Photo Sphere captures wraparound panoramas that are a bit more immersive than basic pano photos. You can get the file here and it is said to work well with the HTC One, Note 2 and Galaxy S4.
