Nokia is launching yet another low-end Windows Phone 8 device today with the release of the Lumia 520 on Telus, Koodo, and Rogers. The latest in a long line of entry-level Lumias, the Lumia 520 boasts a 4-inch touchscreen, 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 8GB of internal storage (microSD expandable up to 64GB) and a 5-megapixel rear camera. While the device will only be available in black at launch, customers can personalize their Lumia 520 with interchangeable back plates available in yellow, red, and white at local retail stores.

The Lumia 520 launch will be slightly staggered. The phone is available at Rogers today for $0 on a 3-year contract or $199.99 outright. Koodo will launch the 520 tomorrow, May 9th, for $150 outright or $0 on a Tab. Finally, Telus will sell the device for $149.99 prepaid starting May 17th.
