At long last, Google has listened: you can now create and edit documents in Google Drive from your iOS or Android device on the fly. I know, I was just as excited. Google Drive had previously supported word document creation in the app, so with the addition of Sheets support (the new name of Google’s spreadsheets) another piece of a very important puzzle is completed. As you can see from my iOS screenshot, everything is extremely fluid and intuitive; especially uploading files direct from your phone. A nifty feature in the Android update, is the ability to widget a folder to your homescreen for fast access.
