And here we go again.

Samsung has officially filed suit against Apple over, take a wild guess, what they believe to be patent-infringements in the iPhone 5.

Samsung put out this statement in regards to the matter:

“…we have little choice but to take the steps necessary to protect our innovations and intellectual property rights.”

Apple recently won, in a well-publicized court battle, $1 Billion US from Samsung for infringing on 6 of their patents. This trial, however, will not be seen before the courts until at least 2014.
