The 3rd annual AndroidTO conference is right around the corner

Time flies way too fast. Like way. I remember when I just started this blog, some two and a half years ago, a dear friend (then colleague) Alkarim Nasser of Bnotions was brainstorming the idea. He foresaw the emergence of the Android community in Canada and wanted to create an Android-focused conference - something, at that time, that didn’t exist. I thought it was brilliant.
Luckily for everyone, he - and Bnotions - went through with it and needless to say, it was an enormous success.
Now entering into its 3rd year, AndroidTO is set to be held at the Scotia Bank Theater on October 25th, with such discussions as:
- “Mobile Apps – The Battle of Web vs Native”
- “Growing Your App with Social Design”
- “The Secrets of Being a #1 App and not Losing Money”
- “I wish I’d Known That When I Started”
- “Onboarding: Designing a great experience that gets users hooked”
Pricing is very reasonable at $199 for the day as a developer, or heavily subsidized to $49 for students who want to get their feet wet in the industry.
Anyone interested in learning about what makes the Android community work should definitely attend. Learn more about the AndroidTO conference here
