Just when you thought HTC had slowed down with their Desire devices, they come out with more phones to further increase their market share. Today they make the Desire X official; but what is the Desire X? The Desire X is a cross between the One V and the One X, but slimmed down in specs, which are as follows:

• OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Sense 4.1
• 4-inch super LCD WVGA display (800×480 resolution)
• 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor
• 5MP camera that has the same features found in the One series devices (4GB’s of internal storage and also gives you 25GB of free Dropbox storage for 2-years
• and of course Beats Audio.

As for release, pricing and Canadian carrier support? Nada. It will, however, hit EMEA and Asia Pacific as early as September.
