Right on schedule, Bell has launched the Motorola ATRIX HD LTE. The ATRIX HD comes packed with a 1.5Ghz dual-core processor, 4.5 inches (720p HD screen), LTE, Android OS 4.0 (no word on Jelly Bean, yet), 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage (expandable via microSD card), a 8MP camera, 1780mAh battery, and of course, the Kevlar backing that we see in the new RAZR.
