At my other gig, on Notable.ca, I recently wrote about the UNTETHER.talks Mobile Summit. Put on by the good gents (and TheCellularGuru contributors) at UNTETHER.tv, I wrote that UNTETHER.talks has the potential to be the TEDx for Mobile in Toronto. That was before they landed Microsoft as a sponsor and Microsoft’s Paul Laberge as a keynote speaker - a big deal considering all the Microsoft news this week.

If you’re not interested in Microsoft or Metro, don’t worry - #Utalks only has 13 other mobile sessions spread across two days at the Glenn Gould Studio in downtown Toronto. Scheduled speakers include: Amber MacArthur, Damien Patton, Rick Segal, and Kunal Gupta.
