New iOS 6 Maps with 3D Images finds its way online

After years of development and ahead of the forthcoming, much anticipated WWDC 2012, Apple is finally ready to unveil their Google-less answer to mobile mapping. Chalk full of a plenty of new features including 3D imagery and a refreshed user interface including a brand new navigation bar.
Word has it to access 3D mode, the user has to peel back the lower right corner of Maps just like the current version and enable 3D mode. Once enabled, you can switch in and out of 3D mode by tapping a 3D icon in the lower left corner.
There is much more to come as WWDC is just weeks away so stay tuned!
