On Wednesday we let you know that Mobilicity had the budget friendly Nokia 500 for $169 outright. Well now WIND Mobile has followed their lead and has the Nokia 500 for $179 outright or $30 with the tab. Just for a little refresher the Symbian Anna powered Nokia 500 has a 1GHz processor, 3.2-inch touch display with 640×360 resolution, a full-screen QWERTY keyboard, a 5-MP camera, as well as Wi-Fi and the ability to make it a Wi-Fi hotspot.
