Rogers Melanie and I go way back. And like rival siblings would, we bask at the chance of chirping each other at any given opportunity - you should read the email threads between us.

This past Wednesday was the second annual Android TO conference where over 700 Android enthusiasts, developers and general mobile congregated to talk, yup, you guessed it, Android. Rogers - being the huge Android enthusiasts that they are - were a sponsor of the event and had a make shift booth setup, showcasing their latest in device offerings. In addition, they also brought along the famed green Android mascot costume, which our friend Melanie had the fun task of wearing for the day. Needless to say, I wasn’t about to make her life easy. Aside from the pokes, pushes, prodding, and shoves, the funniest part was when she tripped and fell on her way on stage, only to leave herself helpless on the ground like a fish out of water. Fun times.

Another interesting fact about the day is that Rogers Mary was on hand, filming the days highlights from the brand new LTE equipped HTC JetStream.

It’s too bad that her trip wasn’t caught on camera, it was hilarious and proved how truly graceful she really is.
