Telus has the Xperia Ray lined up for their holiday offerings, and Cell Guru spent a little hands-on time with the device today, firing off a couple of pics to me which I figured I’d share. For those not familiar with the device, it sports a 3.3″ screen, 512 MB of RAM, and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Packing an 8.1 MP HD rear camera and weighing in at only 100g, it makes for a solid addition to the Telus catalogue.
