Engadget has got their hands on some images of the upcoming Motorola Spyder aka Droid HD aka Droid Razr and the Xoom 2 in their near final form.

Specs for the Droid HD;

Specs for the Xoom 2;

-1.2GHz CPU

-1GB RAM

-1080p recording

-9mm thin

-8.2″ HD IPS display

-Android 3.2(Honeycomb)

Looks like Motorola and Verizon will have some big news to announce at their event October 18th.
