It’s well known that T-Mobile is the highest priced carrier so far when it comes to the 9900, pricing it at an expensive $299 on contract. However, it seems that T-Mobile is offering a sweetheart deal to BlackBerry developers, bringing the price down to $199.99, much more in line with the competition. Note that this is only for a limited time, and that price is after a $50 mail-in rebate, but it’s a nice savings over their “regular” price nonetheless. The offer is running until November 1st, with a new two-year contract, and T-Mobile is also waiving the activation fee, a nice bonus.

To get the deal, call 1-866-464-8662, select option 3, and use the promotional code 7490TMOFAV. No word on what you might have to provide to prove you’re a developer, if anything, but I would assume that there would be some kind of proof required to get $100 of their regular cost. They are also offering developer discounts on the Curve 9300 and the Bold 9780, free and $74.99 respectively.
