The account recently passed the 500,000 follower mark, and to celebrate they have announced a contest to thank their followers.

The contest is open to residents of Canada and the US with a valid Twitter account. Simply follow @BlackBerryHelp and watch for them to tweet trivia questions with the hashtag #team500k. the fifth correct answer tweeted at them will win. The contest runs for 30 days, with 20 backpacks and 10 hoodies to be won.
