Hey AT&T’ers, are you tired of having to switch networks to T-Mobile every time you want a decent data connection with your BlackBerry? Praying for AT&T to finally give the nod and release at least one (out of the 3) of the new BlackBerry’s currently taking over your RSS feed? Well, your prayers are answered; AT&T has confirmed August 21st as the official launch date for its “4G” BlackBerry, the Torch 9810. Priced at $49.99 after rebates on a two-year contract, it serves as a good move forward for AT&T BlackBerry users who haven’t had a new device to enjoy for almost a year now. Although, I am sure that customers are more interested in hearing about an official release date for the BlackBerry 9900, AT&T’s first step forward on the Bold front since the now discontinued 9700. I guess only time will tell.
