I have spent most of the day on this. After telling me I needed to do a backup and complete reinstall in an effort to resolve the problem, they pulled the software update between backup and reinstall, so now the backed up files are incompatable with the software actually installed on the playbook (an earlier version), and will not restore. The bridge now works again with the old software but I can’t restore the data. I have 9 gigs of data I need to figure out how to restore, if and when they update the software again.
