Motorola Titanium lands on Sprint’s shelves July 24th
It’s been a while since we’ve seen the launch of a rugged Android smartphone for the working man, but that all changed today when Sprint officially announced it will release the Motorola Titanium on July 24th. The Titanium, which runs Android 2.1 Eclair, features a rugged body which meets Military Specification 810G for dust, shock, vibration, low pressure, solar radiation, high temperature and low temperature. A 3.1″ HVGA touchscreen display, QWERTY keypad, 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, and full support for Nextel Direct Connect round out of rest of the Titanium’s features. The Motorola Titanium will cost $149.99 on a 2-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate.
