iUsers: One of the best jailbreak iOS apps coming soon to Cydia

This site is no stranger to promoting jailbreak apps for iOS devices and there is a reason for it: they’re there to fix a feature of the iOS software carelessly left out by Apple that people want, d’ uh. We are emailed tips on new apps regularly - some are covered, others just aren’t. Today’s app isn’t one that was sent in, rather one I stumbled upon while perusing Engadget. It’s called “iUsers” and it’s designed to do something that honestly should be a no-brainer to begin with: allow more than one user to have a profile on an iPad. What the app does is add a user login button to the iPad’s lock screen. The tweak segregates application data and preferences between users, meaning that Mom’s perfect score in “High Noon” won’t be affected by Jimmy’s lack of hand-eye co-ordination. As for apps, music, and video content? Those will stay shared between users, but the tweak’s creators hope to fix that up that in a future update. iUsers should be available very soon in Cydia, but for those who can’t wait, click the link below and and go straight to the source.
