We often lose sight of it, but the reality is that high-end smartphones aren’t for every one. Most people, if they even care about all of the bells and whistles smartphones offer, just want a simple device that will last at least a couple years of solid use. One such device looks to be the Samsung Admire, a MetroPCS-bound Android 2.3.3 smartphone which leaked out today. It features a 3.5″ HVGA display, 3.2 megapixel camera, 800MHz processor, and TouchWiz UI. Not exactly the stuff that nerds think of while drifting off to sleep, but for the average person, it’ll do just fine. Look for the Samsung Admire to land on MetroPCS in August or September for about $150 after rebates.
