The much talked about, highly anticipated music streaming app we know as Spotify is now officially live in the United States. With the software you can create playlists, share music, search from millions of songs, play offline, and yes, use it on your Android device. Invites have been pumped out since they flipped the switch early this morning through various social media channels including Klout (where I got mine in the “perks” section), which have great in-software offers to pump up premium levels effortlessly. If you’re someone who can appreciate quality software and doesn’t mind paying, for $4.99 you get an ad-free basic version, or for the $9.99 premium you gain full Spotify access on your Android smartphone, offline mode, and better streaming quality.

I’ve been using the free version for now and absolutely love it; it’s crisp, clear, has a huge selection of music, and is very easy to navigate around - I can easily see myself upgrading to the premium version in the near future.
