A new post on the International Trade Commission’s website today revealed that Apple has filed another patent-related complaint against HTC. Other than seeking to block the importation of HTC devices into the United States, specifics of the complaint, which was filed on July 8th, have yet to be publicly disclosed. Both Apple and HTC are scheduled to appear before a judge on August 5th stemming from an Apple complaint that HTC had infringed upon multiple Apple patents.
