Great news for PlayBook owners who have a BlackBerry smartphone from AT&T, as it was announced today that BlackBerry Bridge has been approved for use on AT&T. Available for free through BlackBerry App World, BlackBerry Bridge is a useful application which allows BlackBerry smartphone owners to mirror all of their calendars, contacts, messages, and more to their PlayBook. There is no fee associated with Bridging a BlackBerry and a PlayBook, though anyone who plans to use their phone’s data capabilities for services such as web browsing will have to pay AT&T $20 per month for a tethering plan.
