Just a quick update about the Lodsys suit: recently Apple announced that they would intervene on behalf of the developers to assist them due to their lack of technical and legal knowledge when it comes to these things.

Apparently, Lodsys isn’t sure they’re ready to take on the second most valuable company in the world; they’ve appealed to the courts for a one month delay (corrected from 2 months) before proceeding. Apple has not opposed this appeal, so we will see what the courts decide.
