I should have known Sony wasn’t going to settle on just the Xperia Arc and Xperia Play – those phones, while unique and great in their own way, were a little underpowered for the next generation of smartphones. Soon after reviewing said phones, I heard a rumor about a Xperia Pro but couldn’t find any information about it.

Well, allegedly, there has been a leak of a new Sony Ericsson phone dubbed the “Xperia Duo.” Many are suggesting the “duo” refers to a dual-core processor – a trend that is certain to explode in smart phones in this upcoming generation.

So, there you have it – Sony Erricsson may have had some extra magic hidden up their sleeve this whole time.
