The Rotary smartphone has arrived

I am already a sucker for all things throwback or vintage, but this takes things to a whole other level. What you are looking at above is the first production Rotary smartphone, which features a lot of nostalgic brass and wheels, as well as a snappy little hi-rez display. It combines the infamous rotary style keypad, with a fully integrated/functional cell phone - I applaud the phone’s inventor, Richard Clarkson, and can’t wait to order one, solely for the sake of owning it.
“The rotary mechanical smartphone is based on the idea of incorporating more feeling and life into our everyday digital objects. In modern times these objects have come to define us, but who and what defines these objects? Are we happy with generic rectangles of a touchscreen or do we want something with more tangibility, something with more life, something with more aura?”
I don’t think there is anything more to be said about this, but I am left with one prying question: All things being equal, I wonder what OS it runs?
