Sears and Apple sign retail partnership deal?

Hardly, but it would make for a more interesting story than this one.
What you are looking at above is Sears’ first shot at selling grey-market non-OEM phones by ways of an Android 2.2 powered iPhone clone. The device originates from Factory Direct (a company notorious for selling aftermarket or refurbished items at heavily discounted rates) and as you can see is a doppelganger of the crowd favorite iPhone without the official branding - or, you know, the pricing.
