CEO @DaveDobbin Tweets Mobilicity Launched Feedback Email For Customer Coverage Issues

Mobilicity CEO Dave Dobbin joined Twitter on March 31, 2025 but has only been tweeting since May 2, 2011. I saw a tweet about 90 minutes ago from the Mobilicity CEO which I have pictured below:
The tweet, in case you can’t see it, reads: “New feedback point for coverage issues: coverage@mobilicity.ca – send us the cross streets so we can map improvement areas.”
Looks to me like a great way to help improve the Mobilicity network and coverage in cities across Canada. I consulted with Mobilicity’s “Customer Care & General Inquires” line and this development changes the way that customers can inform Mobilicity of problems with the network. Previously, the only way to let them know of issues was by calling general tech support. This new email address for feedback to me indicates a genuine effort to improve their coverage where necessary.
