The app selection for the BlackBerry PlayBook continues to develop every day. Seems more and more developers are jumping in and pushing out new and cool apps for the BlackBerry Tablet OS. I just came across a FREE app talked about by our friends over at CrackBerry (link below) called RIDGID Digital Bubble Level for PlayBook. The app does pretty much exactly what it says it does although in order to really vouch for it I should probably get a physical level and try to match them up. The app already has racked up 47 reviews in App World and is doing quite well with a 4.5/5 star rating so I am going to take that as an indicator that it performs as advertised.

One cool feature I noticed is the ability to use the camera and have the screen still show you a level (see above). Again, I have yet to try it out with hanging any pictures but let us know if you have used it and what you thought of the app. At the low, low price of free to download and costing only 1 MB of your PlayBook’s hard drive it is definitely worth a download in my opinion - especially if you’re going to be doing some redecorating in the near future!
