Fido launches FidoANSWERS™ Support Service

There is really nothing more frustrating than spending umpteen hours on the phone -after or during work — with ANY carrier to get a simple task done. I for one can vouch, that there have been times on hold in the past where I actually watched mold grow on fruit waiting for a specialist to answer. (ok a bit of an over-exaggeration, but you get the point).
Well, Fido feels your pain and have joined the likes of parent company Rogers by launching “FidoANSWERS™”, a service which gives Fido customers the option to speak with a live representative right away. Available in English, French, Cantonese and Mandarin, FidoANSWERS™ will help increase quick customer care resolutions by significantly reducing the average call waiting times and eliminating, or reducing, the transfers between customer service representatives — bout damn time.
