Ok I get it now; announce 1 device at BlackBerry World, then — as stated — start leaking them gradually (and slowly) during the weeks and months leading up to anything official. Riiiight.

Anyways, what you are looking at are the keys that will line the bottom of the forthcoming BlackBerry 9860 touchscreen device; the higher-end version of two that will launch somewhat simultaneously. The other — being the Curve Touch — will be smaller and have the keys flush with the housing (think Storm 2 style). Word also has both devices — like the 9900 — coming to Canada in both 3G and 3G AWS varieties to feed the appetites of Roger/Bellus 3G customers, as well as the growing number of WIND/Mobilicity (Canada’s 3G AWS providers) customers.

With BlackBerry World having come and gone, and RIM still garnering a nice buzz from press and bloggers alike, I wonder what device(s) will start popping up on the interwebz next; I guess only time will tell.
