Just when we thought RIM had showed all their cards early yesterday with the announcements of the BlackBerry Bold 9900, facebook for PlayBook, and the PlayBook update for BBM and Video chat; they come out of left field with this douzer: a new, full integration of Bing search and maps into the forthcoming BlackBerry 7 OS — yeah, I was just as shocked. But that’s not all, they had Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer come on stage to announce it.

I think this is a great strategic move on RIM’s behalf and look forward to playing with BlackBerry 7 and Bing when is launches later this year.
