fring Announces Group Video Calling For iPhone & Android

Just got some news from the folks over at popular VOIP calling program fring. They just launched group video calling between fring members and it is totally free. According to the news on their blog the feature allows for up to 4 people to be part of a video call at once.
The app is completely free (your carrier’s data charges apply) and is available for iPhone (also iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 3.0 and up) & Android (1.5 and up) and can be used on 3G,4G & WiFi.
If you want to try it out but don’t know anyone who has fring or a video capable phone with fring, the fring blog also provided a link to their Facebook group where there a list of users who are looking to group video call. So this would be like the mobile chatroulette, I guess.
