iPhone 5 and Apple Sues Samsung

The rumors and speculation of the iPhone 5 release have been featured more and more in the news lately: In Vietnam they are demonstrating a product that’s allegedly the iPhone 5 and Reuters has speculated that said iPhone will be released in September.
It usually takes Apple about a year to revamp their technology, so the Reuters article is likely to be true. Tech-savvy consumers seem excited to see which improvements the new iPhone will implement; a no-brainer is the an upgrade to the A5 chip that’s featured in the iPad 2.

In other Apple news, Samsung has come under question of copying Apple’s aesthetic and technical design in the Galaxy phones and Galaxy tab. Samsung is a supplier of many Apple product components, so it’s possible that they’ve reverse engineered some of the technology; despite the patents cited by Apple, Samsung says they will fight these allegations, will update as we know more.
