Now, you may be thinking: “big deal, another device Rogers can use as bait to lock me in to a long term contract”, while to SOME extent you are right; for once things are actually slightly in your favor with this one. Not only is it the first fully unlocked device to be released by ANY of the big 3 carriers — nevertheless Rogers — to date, it also comes with stock Gingerbread 2.3, as Google and Samsung wanted it; there is no carrier bloat-ware, period. Yes, that means no carrier pushed icons or apps on this bad-boy.

Pricing is as previously confirmed $99.99 on a 3 year voice and data term or $499.99 outright — so head to your local Rogers store or retail affiliate and pick one up!
