We know it’s coming, we’ve seen the Telus version hands-on, and now we have a dummy phone — albeit for Rogers — so now we just await confirmation of release date and pricing. Until that comes, this’ll just have to do.

What you see above is a Samsung Nexus S dummy phone — although, it could be passed as real seeing as the device actually is all plastic — which landed at a Rogers retail store yesterday; a rude tease, but signs that a launch is within a matter of weeks. Excited? I know I am, which leaves me with one more question: Who plans on ditching their iPhone for this bad-boy when it launches?

I am considering dropping my Samsung Captivate for it. The battery life on the Captivate is just killing me although it’s the my favourite phone so far.
How about your opinion, is the Nexus S much better than the Captivate?

So far I have loved the device, using it with mobilicity

I am picking this one up the day it drops. I sure hope that there’s no bloatware on it.

Just had the “hands-on” with the Rogers dummy version of the Nexus S. Pricing in the area of $149 w/three year and $500 outright.
