Apple To Release iOS 4.3 At 1PM Eastern (10AM Pacific) TODAY!

Sources of BGR are telling them that today at 10AM Pacific Time (1PM Eastern Time) Apple will be making available for download via iTunes the latest version of iOS - 4.3 - which was announced in conjunction with the iPad 2 last week.
As well, there is new information on the number of hotspots the iOS 4.3 personal hotspot feature will support. Originally the rumor was the the hotspot would only be able to support 3 wireless connections which is less than many other devices which offer 5 connections. The information coming into BGR is that while the default set by Apple will limit the number of connections to 3 it will be up to the carrier to decide (and request) if they would like to allow the maximum 5 simultaneous wireless connections to be supported. Obviously we will all know whether or not this information is true in a few hours from now but right now it is all just from sources and as such can be categorized as rumor.
So make sure you have your copy of iTunes up to date and your iOS device backed up for the magic moment when Apple releases the new software.
The update will be available on the:
iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 GSM model
iPod Touch 3rd Generation and 4th Generation
iPad (and obviously the iPad 2 when it comes out)
