Worlds Thinnest Android Phone Launches in Japan, Get’s Close Hands-on

What you are looking at here is the “world’s thinnest phone”, the 7.2mm thin, Android 2.2 (Upgradeable to 2.3 in July) powered NEC MEDIAS N-04C.
At a recent Docomo launch event, Akihabara News were given a very candid hands-on with this sexy piece of smartphone, which features the following specs.
- NFC
- 1seg TV Tuner
- infrared port
- 5 megapixel camera
- 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 chip, etc.
Oh yeah, one more thing, it also uses Gorilla Glass — epic. The device launches on March. 15th in Black or White, with a yet-to-be determined price, and will be exclusive to Japanese customers only (Boo!).
