I wasn’t sure what to expect with the Supertooth Disco speaker. It looked interesting on paper, but with so many companies creating such a varied array of products, each touting theirs as the “superior product,” I’ve learned to be sceptical.

With that in mind, I was pleasantly surprised by the Disco’s sound quality and ease of use. It quickly found my HTC G2, paired with it and, from up to 6 metres away, transmitted beautifully, even through walls.

The battery lasted a good 4 hours at high volume, and could probably go longer if I kept it low. It comes with a nice travel case, a charger and a stereo-mini cable to physically connect your device to the speaker if it doesn’t support Bluetooth.
