Motorola Posts Specs For WiFi and GSM-only Xoom Tablet

If you followed CES 2011, you will know the talk of the show was 3D TV’s and Tablets; everyone had their own, everyone claimed their’s was the iPad killer, and most, if not all ran some old rendition of Android OS. All this being said, there was a standout favorite that got us nerds salivating — the Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) powered Motorola Xoom, Motorola’s long awaited and much anticipated crack at the tablet world.
Just in case you weren’t of the lucky bunch to hit Vegas for the show, Motorola has finally released the full spec. sheet for both the GSM and Wifi-only versions. It turns out that other than the radio inside, they are practically identical — that does include the Tegra 2 SOC and built in GPS.
Smart move on Motorola’s part for keeping things consistent amongst all versions.
