It turns out another primarily Android-based device maker has decided to hop the WP7-bandwagon.

The announcement was made at the MWC (Mobile World Congress) that Acer will launch devices with the Windows Phone 7 OS loaded in them beginning as early as this year. Currently, Acer has two Android smartphones being being showcased at MWC with the Liquid mini and beTouch E210.

In Canada, Rogers is the carrier that has the exclusivity on Acer devices, so this could reflect on who sells the WP7 devices when / if they land here.
