Most screen-capture apps for BlackBerry do just that, but ZonaSnap Multipurpose Screen Capture comes packed with added features which are sure to make things easier.

When you snap a photo on your BlackBerry, the OS gives you options to send your photo through various routes. Many screen-capture apps for BlackBerry will dump your capture into your media folder and then you will have to navigate to the photo if you’d like to send or post it.

ZonaSnap Multipurpose Screen Capture saves you some time by offering some send options when capturing your screen. Once your screen is captured, you can send it to a BBM contact, to PhotoBucket, via Email, upload to twitter, or simply save it.

ZonaSnap Multipurpose Screen Capture also adds some extra options which are worth pointing out. By default, you can save your captures as either a jpg or png format, set your image quality, choose a default folder to save captures to, and you can also set a timer to delay your captures (up to 11 seconds). In addition you can set ZonaSnap to Multipurpose Screen Capture to watermark your captures with a selection from your SD card’s pictures. You can have the app rotate the watermark, change the opacity level, scale and align into the capture.

In the future, I’d like to see the option to directly send captures via text message and upload to Facebook. I’m sure we’ll see some added capabilities in future builds to make the app even better.
