Looks like there’s a new version of BlackBerry App World today from RIM.

The new version is 2.1.0.39 and it is a 1018.8 KB download (so you may want to connect to a WiFi network before beginning the download). Download links are below.

According to BerryReview “[t]he main new feature in this version is the addition of in app payments but there are a few other upgrades.”This morning RIM sent out this message to all their BlackBerry Beta Zone testers testing the new version of App World:

Hi App World Beta Testers,

BlackBerry App World 2.1 officially launched at 10 am on Wednesday, February 2nd, 2011! Thank you for your participation in the App World 2.1 Beta Program. The feedback we’ve received from you will greatly help to improve future versions of App World.

The App World Beta Program will remain open in BlackBerry Beta Zone until February 12, 2011, in case you have any additional feedback on the released software.

So now that it is officially available to any and all folks who want it you can wait for the upgrade notice to appear on your BlackBerry or you can get the link for it below.
