At an informal question and answer session with Mobilicity CEO Dave Dobbin tonight in Toronto, the company announced that they will be sweetening their already-awesome Unlimited plans as of January 20th.

Their $35 plan, which includes unlimited unlimited local and province-wide calling, unlimited national texting and voicemail, will add free Canadian long distance (previously $10) into the existing $35 price.

Their $45 plan, which includes everything above plus unlimited Canadian and US long distance, and global texting, will add free BlackBerry or smartphone data into the existing $45 price (previously $5-10).

As well, these plans are eligible for the Multi-Month payment system (whereas the Friends and Family plan wasn’t) which allows one to pay up to a whole year in advance, at a 33% savings. That makes the $45/month plan $360/year for unlimited everything. That’s the best offer ever for Canadians.
